The prestigious winery "Robert Weil", known worldwide in the Rheingau, offers for the first time Burgundy wines in a first-class, uncomplicated style. The young wine line "Robert Weil Junior" comes from the Rheinhessen growing region and presents a Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.

Vintage report

2018 will be remembered as the warmest growing season ever, but 2019 had its own very hot and particularly dry story to tell. Despite the drought, the vines developed well during the hot summer and ripening began in early August. A wonderful ripening period rewarded us with optimally healthy and intensely delicious grapes and a harvest in phenomenal weather starting in early September. Any winemaker would have been pleased if we had harvested the first grapes. Nevertheless, the 2019 vintage will go down in history as the autumn of envy, as the harvest yields varied greatly from site to site and some wineries were only able to bring in half the expected amount.
