Winerie
From the 1 ha that Ewald Kopp started with in 1996, the winery has grown to 32 hectares of selected vineyards in the best locations in the Ortenau region. Johannes Kopp took over the winery at the age of 22.

fermented spontaneously in 300 l wooden barrels, 1 year "sur lie", one third of the wine was stored in new barrique barrels, bottled unfiltered
