The Künstler Winery in Hochheim am Main (Rheingau) is a renowned family-owned winery with roots dating back to 1648, which was reestablished by Franz Künstler in 1965. Under Gunter Künstler, the winery is known for its precise, characterful top-quality wines (79% Riesling), the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and the wines’ exceptional aging potential.

Already since 1271 the part east of the church is known as "Kirchanger", and a large part of the vineyard was owned by the cathedral chapter of Mainz until 1803
