In 1786, Peter Joseph Valckenberg founded the wine trade house Valckenberg, with the ambition to export german wines. Today, they offer a fine selection of national and international wines. The portfolio is complemented by some elegant sparkling wines. A gentle preparation and bottling under modern techniques of the sparkling wines gives them a pure and lively character.
Only the first pressing of the Pinot Noir grapes will be fermented at low temperature into wine. Second fermentation in the bottle maturing on yeast for at least 9 months.
